Rye Hills Barn

Rye Hills Barn was converted into a residential property in 2014. The works consisted of a new completed building envelope with a palette of traditional features internally. The barn initially suffered from a partial collapse, which required an entirely new structure from the ground level to the roof. A new green oak structure was designed and fabricated to create new spaces at both ground and first levels. The roof was entirely replaced to create a structurally sound external envelope and internal building fabric.

The joinery works included a new staircase, sets of internal doors and frames, and fittings.
